I'm a highly developed leader, with City & Guilds Teacher Trainer, SFEDI Social Enterprise Business Support Practitioner, and Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs Mentoring certifications with more than 25 years’ experience working in the Non-Profit sector. With extensive and first-hand experience supporting women, particularly black women and women of colour to run and sustain their enterprises. With critical understanding of the interconnecting inequalities some women experience, much of my work explores branding, operations and social impact, maximising methods to make sure the money women want to make is reinvested in the communities or situations they most care about, additionally connecting them to specialists in finance and investment, communications and marketing. I am honoured to be an advisor on the FEMENIN, the Financial & Economic Literacy for Migrant Women’s Entrepreneurship Inclusion project, coordinated by Aspire Education Group and directed by the highly determined founder Patricia Lamont MBE. FEMENIN provides high quality learning opportunities in financial and economic literacy to migrant women, tailored to their needs and specifically designed to support their social and employment inclusion through entrepreneurship.
