Tim's career spans working in sales, marketing, advertising, consultancy, research and leadership; including working and living in Saudi Arabia for 17 years where he set up his first business in marketing and advertising.

Since returning to the UK 20 years ago he has worked in consultancy and business support working with government and also extensively with start-up companies and more recently graduates.

In 2006 Tim established Innovas (www.innovas.co.uk) to help individuals start, run and grow their businesses and organisations. It offers a range of services including economic research, feasibility, strategy, policy, and evaluation; management development and training; business support, mentoring and coaching.

Based in Cheshire, with a network of over 100 individually referenced UK-based consultants and partners, Innovas offers practical solutions-driven approaches built on the experience of working from strategy through to implementation.

Tim specialises in working with business owners from pre-start through to growth supporting them at each stage through a combination of coaching and providing practical support.
