Since 2006 I have been supporting social enterprises and small businesses with advice, coaching and support as an individual, and as Director & Senior Adviser for Midwest Rural Enterprise (MRE Unlocking Enterprise CIC). I also run a WiRE (Women in Rural Enterprise) Network for Worcestershire. I have held a variety of roles in organisations – volunteer board member, employed senior manager and consultant/trainer and coach.

I work really well with others to define benefits and outcomes of projects and use the strengths of the organisation and individuals involved. I am experienced in developing and strengthening partnerships and developing agreed plans to add value and deliver more than can be done by single organisations.

I have a good understanding of the legal models and structures for social enterprises and helping groups or individuals through the decision making process for choosing the most effective model for their proposed work.
