I support people to people start, run and grow small businesses, offering 121 support, coaching packages and business training courses, primarily through government funded support programs, although I do take some private clients. I have over 17 years experience of delivery in Bristol and the surrounding counties (primarily B&NES, South Gloucestershire and N.Somerset). I have particular strengths in planning, strategy, finance and governance. I work with start-ups and businesses from across a range of industries, also with non-profits who are either interested in commercialising in order to be sustainable, or who are already trading. I also work with resettling communities, starting businesses in the UK. I am SFEDI accredited, a Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs, plus have completed the Intellectual Property Office IPO Masterclass training.

I understand that its not always easy running a business plus that sometimes, the other things that are going on in our lives, can make managing a business more challenging. I will always work with the individual business owner/s, to help them create tailored solutions that are right for them and their situation. I have significant expertise in supporting people as well as in supporting businesses; in addition to being an experienced SFEDI-qualified business adviser, I am also a qualified psychologist who coaches in a psychologically-informed, evidence-based way to help individuals and groups perform well and be at their best. I am able to support a wide range of people from across all sectors of society, and have considerable experience of working with vulnerable / marginalised groups. I am registered with the BPS and ISCP, am a mental health first aider, and am fully insured.
