I am a professional biologist by background, and was also in the Territorial Army for around a decade. My family circumstances changed in 2005, and needing more flexible working arrangements for a while, I stopped my main jobs and instead set up my own business. I was initially assisted by CSV Avon training, and they subsequently asked me to help mentor other people starting businesses. I really enjoyed that and over time the balance of what I am doing has shifted more and more towards business training and advice. I specialise in assisting people with business planning and obtaining funding. I am SFEDI accredited and a Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs. I am also fully insured.
