Working to develop Birmingham's social economy through supporting the growth and sustainability of social enterprises. Project Manager for the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) programme to develop the social enterprise sector in the West Midlands, working with a range of individuals and existing voluntary and community organisations to support growth and development.

Other work includes fundraising and bid-writing, contributing to awareness campaigns to raise profile of social enterprise locally and nationally, undertaking research, generating and delivering ethical consultancy around areas such as business planning and feasibility, consortia working and new market opportunities. Running workshops around key social enterprise issues, community outreach and development work with various groups for example young people and refugee women’s groups
