Will Campion B.Eng. (Hons.), C.Eng. MIMechE, MIOEE, is a Professional Engineer and accredited Business Consultant. He has over 20 years experience in manufacturing industry in South Wales, and has been a director of Oakbank Business Improvement since 2008. Will is a Lean Sigma practitioner (Black Belt).

Will Campion offers specialist manufacturing advice, general business improvement consultancy and coaching covering:

• Leadership and Management Workshop development/delivery
• Capital equipment project management, ROI forecasting
• Sourcing, including Make vs. Buy decisions
• Supplier development

He is qualified Six Sigma black belt and has run and managed projects across various sectors, such as construction, electronics, automotive/aerospace and the food industry. Will has also applied Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles in the service sector. He supported the delivery of the WDA, and later WAG, Six Sigma programme across Wales.
