My current role is College Manager- Business Development, I manage a team of staff with the responsibility for employer engagement across all sectors the college operates in and geographically across the Liverpool City Region and parts of Cheshire.

I manage a large apprenticeship contract, full cost income and other funding such as European Social Funding as part of my role.

I have worked in the education and training sector for approximately 20 years, previous roles have included Business Development Manager in a private training provider, Business Development Exec. in a private training provider and also working in a national training organisation and in the HR & training department of a bank. All of these roles have involved me in apprenticeships in their various forms over the years.
