After an early career in the chemical process industries, I've worked for myself for 18 years. I'm a business coach and mentor, speaker, trainer and author who thrives on the energy entrepreneurs bring to their work.

I'm in the founding group of accredited mentors for Pivomo and I work with start-up businesses and existing companies who want to develop and grow. My own company has doubled in turnover every year for the last three years and I aim to help my clients achieve a similar performance.

I'm also a school Governor which has broadened my experience in terms of managing staff and larger budgets. I Chair the Education Committee and have sat on panels relating to staff disciplinary issues and pupil behaviour problems.
