I am a well-qualified Business & Leadership Coach and general manager with 30 years experience in a variety of operational, management and leadership roles in the construction, property, regeneration, environmental and SME sectors. I have particular expertise in business growth, strategic and tactical marketing, sales, business processes and systems, investment planning, sustainable development, managing change, leadership, management and team building.

As a professionally qualified Business Coach and Mentor I am able to use my extensive toolkit to support my clients to improve their business performance across the vital business functions including business planning, sales/marketing, processes/systems, finance & funding bids and leadership. Through strategic partnership's I also work on a number of publicly funded programmes. I have worked with over 110 businesses supporting them to achieve their growth ambitions.

Prior to this, in the previous decade I held 3 national leadership roles with in the Environment Agency managing corporate change & policy projects and investment programmes in the fields of environmental management, flood risk management and waterways.
